  • Mark Occhialini

    President

    Mark Occhialini is the President of Reno Machine Company. With over 50 years of experience in manufacturing, Mark brings a strategic vision and strong leadership that drive the company’s growth and innovation.

    Mark is the son of Antiono Occhialini, a co-founder of Reno Machine, and took ownership of the business in 1989.

    In his role, Mark oversees all aspects of Reno’s operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth. He identifies opportunities for business expansion, new markets, and product innovation. He works closely with engineering, production, quality control, and sales to optimize workflow and ensure that all efforts strengthen the core that Reno Machine was founded on; quality, capacity and service.

  • Antonio Occhialini

    Vice President of Operations

    Antonio “Tonio” is the Vice President of Operations at Reno Machine Company. With over 20 years of experience in precision manufacturing, Tonio’s journey is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and passion for the craft.

    Tonio began his career in 2002 working part-time as a machine operator at Reno Machine during school breaks. Through learning from his grandfather, father, uncle and other top-level employees, he found himself driven to contribute to the company’s growth and his family’s legacy. Tonio spent over a decade mastering the milling centers, developing a deep technical knowledge that set the stage for his rise in the company.

    For over a decade, Tonio’s drive, and commitment led him to take on roles in procurement, production supervision, and estimating, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of Reno’s operations. His hands-on experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in his current role as VP of Operations, where he leads with a blend of respect for tradition and a focus on innovation.

    General Manager

    Angelo plays a critical role in his position as General Manager. He oversees the production of all machined parts and works closely with our VP of Operations and project manager to ensure customer deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

    With a deep understanding of precision machining, Angelo plays a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices across the shop floor.

    Originally from Italy, he received his schooling and training here in the United States before starting as a machinist at Reno 28 years ago. Over the years, he advanced from machinist, to programmer, to program supervisor before taking on his current role as General Manager. His extensive hands-on experience in all facets of manufacturing, ranging from programming and production to process improvement and team leadership, makes him an invaluable asset to the company. His leadership ensures that Reno maintains its reputation for precision, quality, and on-time delivery.

    Sales Director

    As Reno Machine’s Sales Director, Dave builds strong and dependable pipelines between Reno Machine and OEMs.

    A graduate of Electrical Engineering at the University of Hartford, Dave has held positions as director of facilities engineering, president, and sales and marketing manager at a handful of aerospace engineering and manufacturing companies.

    In his current role as Sales Director, Dave provides a transition from dedicated tool & mold design and build company, into the manufacture of development and production hardware for the aerospace, power generation, and advanced technology sectors. Additionally, he represents Reno Machine at air shows, expositions, and tradeshows around the world.

    Outside of his employment at Reno, Dave has held an elected position with the Southington Board of Education for 34 years prior to his retirement this year, he is also a member of the Board of Directors at Wyndham Vacation Resorts / Newport of Shore and is Southington High School’s Manufacturing/Technology advisor. He also is an advisor for the Cox Communications representing Southington, Meriden, Cheshire.

    Project Manager

    Wes started at Reno Machine in 2022 as a purchasing agent prior to moving into the project management role in 2024. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the purchasing and receiving departments, ensuring all orders of materials, supplies and purchased items get distributed appropriately to keep deadlines intact.

    Whether working directly with a machinist on the shop floor to see where a part is at, planning part timelines with the foreman and general manager, or updating clients with next steps, Wes is the jack of all trades keeping our team on track.

Furthermore, he partners with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop targeted strategies, create sales presentations, and achieve sales targets.

    A graduate of Salve Regina University and Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Mitch has over five years of experience in account management, including prospecting, cold-calling, positive relationship management, and building consistent sales funnels and pipelines. Whether handling new inquiries or maintaining long-term accounts, Mitchel is dedicated to delivering a reliable and positive experience every step of the way.

    President, Design Company, Inc. (DECO)

    Ron Morris Jr. is the President of Design Company, Inc., the engineering subsidiary of Reno Machine Company.

    With over 45 years of engineering and manufacturing experience, Ron has supported a wide range of industries and manufacturers, including OEMs and both first- and second-tier suppliers, delivering expertise in product development, manufacturing process engineering, and advanced tool design.

    In his role as President, Ron oversees all engineering operations, such as product and tool design, technical consulting, and specialized contract engineering staffing. He leads and mentors a multidisciplinary engineering team of 14, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions that support complex customer needs.

    Ron works closely with some of the industry’s most prominent companies, notably, Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky Aircraft, and General Dynamics, providing strategic engineering leadership and fostering long-term partnerships built on precision, reliability, and technical excellence.

    Office Manager/Contracts Administrator

    Additionally, Kathleen utilizes tools in Job Boss to assign quoting numbers and information, including quoted price, labor, material, outside costs, and delivery. Her attention to detail ensures smooth office operations and excellent customer service

    Additionally, Jim monitors job times against quoted estimates, analyzing discrepancies to improve future quoting accuracy, optimize production efficiency, and enhance profitability. His role plays a crucial part in maintaining cost control, streamlining operations, and supporting the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, precision-manufactured components on time and within budget.

    Jim gained experience in his former role at D & M Tool Co.” where he worked for 30 years in estimating.

Over the years, she pursued opportunities throughout New England, working across multiple industries while expanding her skills. These roles allowed her to build a well-rounded understanding of how businesses evolve, adapt, and scale in an increasingly dynamic and digital marketplace.

    Brianna is now stepping into a leadership role with a focus on guiding business operations and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. She is committed to helping all Reno entities continue to grow while ensuring the success of its employees and clients.
