Entry Level CNC/Manual Machinist
Aside from our opportunities involving numerous years of experience, we are on the lookout for an Entry Level CNC/Manual machinist who will be responsible for learning how to produce precision machined components and assemblies in a fast-paced, time critical work environment. The position requires a driven individual who is hungry for experience and knowledge to bring their work ethic and great attitude to the table. This individual must be capable of working independently and/or with team members while maintaining high quality standards in a clean work environment.
As an Entry Level CNC/Manual Machinist, you will be required to learn the following duties seen below:
- Interpret schematics and CAD drawings (blueprint reading)
- Set up and operate per op-sheets and blueprints in a job shop environment with minimal assistance
- Tip off tools/enter offsets
- Inspect the finished product for accuracy per blueprints and setup sheets
- Maintain your machine and troubleshoot issues
- Report any major issues to management or the design team
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good math skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Overtime is required unless specified by manager
- Stellar attendance
